Since each custom-made garment may have its own individual circumstances, please note that all our prices are negotiable; the prices below are not the absolute minimum or maximum of what your total cost may be. These are only a guideline to go by if you are trying to compare prices with other companies. Please be aware that we are always willing to try to match or beat other quotes you may have received. All prices below do not include the cost of fabric. They do include the cost of incidental materials (such as thread and buttons) and labor at a rate of approximately $10 per hour.
- Dress or outfit of “medium” complexity (ie: from a Simplicty or McCall’s pattern, or similar) – $50-$100
- Children’s costume – $30-$75
- Adult costume – $50-$100
- Formal dresses (wedding, prom, etc) – $75 and up
- Medieval/Renaissance clothing:
- Simple shirt, chemise, pants, tights, “peasant” skirt – $20-$40
- Dress, doublet, bodice – $50-$100
- Cloaks – $40-$80
- Fully researched “authentic” outfit – $200 and up
- Fabric Shopping/Consultation – $8/hr, minimum 2 hrs.
